Insight and Intelligence Officer vacancies x 2.
Healthwatch Sandwell are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join our staff team as Insight and Intelligence Officers.
If you live local or have a strong knowledge of the local area and are awesome at meeting new people and easily able to start up conversations, then this may be the role for you. As an Insight and Intelligence Officer, you will use your strong networking and relationship building skills to identify opportunities to get out into the community to gather feedback from the public about their experiences and views on local health and care services.
You will spend a lot of your time out and about speaking to people and working with local groups and organisations across both North and South area of Sandwell. You will work with the Healthwatch Sandwell team, including volunteers, to develop a vibrant programme of creative activities, events and projects which will provide opportunities for local people to influence the development and shaping of health and care services.
This is an incredible opportunity for a pro-active person to have a direct impact on shaping health and social care in Sandwell that will improve the lives of local people.
Salary: £12,075 (£24.150 FTE)
Work Pattern: 18.5 hours per week
