Our Work Plan 2022-2023
Healthwatch Sandwell will champion the interests of people who use health and social care services and ensure that they have an opportunity to speak out about their concerns and health and social care priorities.
We will ensure that the views of the public and people are considered by those who commission and provide services. Our work program indicates our priorities and focuses for the year ahead.
HWS is planning the following priority projects for 2022/23:
1. The patient experience of accessing primary care services
2. Accessibility for patients – meeting information and communication needs
3. Exploring the impact of language barriers in health and care services
